The city of Cape Town is said to be the most well run city in South Africa. They claim to be the most efficient, have the best tourism, are constantly upgrading, use the money from their coffers wisely, look after the people well and with a slogan like “This city works for you” how could we argue. They successfully built the stadium and upgraded existing infrastructure in time for the 2010 World Cup, they have just recently upgraded the roads for the new IRT – integrated rapid transport system, the first portion has already opened up, from the city to Cape Town international airport and from Tableview to the city.
